I had three wonderful treatments with Yogi, she was such an amazing beauty therapist. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and pedicure. Yogi also did my eyebrows and shaped them amazingly according to my face! She has wonderful customer service, and is very sweet and kind hearted. Thank you so much Yogi x

Worst experience I’ve had at this salon. I’ve had my lash extensions done there before a couple of years ago and they weren’t bad. I went there about a week and a half ago to get hybrid lash extensions and the 2 ladies were having an argument with another customer- unprofessionally dealt with I must say, and my lash extensions were not great at all. Could barely tell I had them done and for £60 I expected better. I felt uncomfortable and didn’t want to start another argument so I did pay; although now I wish I hadn’t because they’ve all fallen out in a week- I don’t use an oil based cleanser or anything. Quality BAD - when you go there it looks all nice professional but if you go to get something done don't have high hopes of it being properly done. They are now advertising lip fillers and they made a mistake with the spelling,  stating from, as form so that speaks volumes. The shop is empty , they are over priced and I think they are hanging on with the few loyal customers they have.

Disappointed is what I will start with. I have known the owner for many years and since moving into aura her customers service has changed. I went in the store on sat to get my originally get my eyebrows done note the shop was empty I was pursuaded to get my lashes done, I explained that the eyelashes prices were to over priced and she immediately gave me a discount pay &60 for everything lashes brow with tint. I was pleased so we commenced. After 1.30 we finished and i was happy I left. The next day lashes started come of. I noticed some in my bed and on my bathroom floor.  Please note I've been doing lashes for years so I know how to care them very well I can even install my own individual ones so Tuesday when I got a day of work I went spoke to a new faces lady with another lady who didn't understand a word of English and I proceeed to tell them what the issues was - the lady said she will speak to her boss / 7 mins later a familar face one of the ladies from Saturday comes out and I explain and she says no problem give me a min we will deal with it 3 mins later I'm told I need to pay £10 - I explained I only got this done sat so why am I having to pay. I was told there no guarantee and I corrected her and said this was only done on Saturday none of the lashes should be falling out by themself especially if not irritated or fondoled with on purpose. She then went to say she going to speak with her manager one min. - she came back 5 mins after to say she's coming out please wait.  25 mins later the main manager comes out, the lady whom I known of for many years has basically said £10 your paying for our time bot the treatment and we have to charge after a light back and forth I thanked her for her services to date and left. I wouldn't be going back on that basis. It's £65 and up to get hybrid lashes over priced and not guaranteed, imagine. If I'm paying that price I need a guarantee or else it's not worth it especially in this day and age. What they don't understand is there is a claim your paying for their time/service rather than the product but then it changes when it suits them - all the workers their have different hands and do things differently yet therey all work for aura beauty so you would expect the same or near enough the same quality from each? Always happy with the team here but this evening having checked the website time of 7pm close. Staff would not take off  their shellac polish as it was 5.48pm! However she asked if I wanted a repaint before saying this, so presumably if had paid more she would have stayed. Very disappointing. I took my business elsewhere and will in future.

I bought a package deal to use the sun bed machines a while back. Aura 'Tan' decided to get rid of their sun bed and unfortunately I hadn't had the chance to use up all of my minutes. Instead of offering a refund or giving credit to use within the salon, Umri refused to give me any money back. It is safe to say I will not be going back to this salon ever again if that's how she chooses to treat her customers!Service:&nbsp;Tanning

Highly inexperienced people.  I was not briefed properly before the treatment started. The lady did not tell me to shave my hair before the treatment. She burned my face and leave me with scars all over. it took ,me few days to recover from the burns. After this she was very rude as well. I would ask people not to use aura for laser services.  They are good for threading and waxing services only.Service:&nbsp;Laser hair removal

Came here for a skin tag removal on my daughters face which doctors would not remove. Urmi & Ezmerelda were brilliant with my daughter and could not be happier with the way they dealt with us and how the treatment went.  They gave us brilliant aftercare advice and my daughter is so happy with the result. Highly recommend

Salon is big and lovely and clean, but doesn’t reflect the treatments you get! I could of done better at home! Customer services is hugely lacking also! Avoid avoid avoid!

I wouldn’t recommend going here to get your eyebrows done, I asked for HD brows and all I got was a tint. She didn’t shape them, wax and thread them.  Not only did I ask for light brown but they’re now black and my hair is ginger which looks completely disgusting. When I asked the lady to make them the same shape and light brown she said she can do that. They’re completely different shapes and thick black and not HD Brows. When I spoke with the manager she had no compassion and said it suited me, they’re a mess and I’ve got tint all over my forehead and eyelids. She didn’t even bother cleaning the up. They’re not welcoming in there at all.
