The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped us find the perfect tree which my fussy husband is over the moon with and has said he will be returning every year for our Christmas tree. Highly recommend.

We used to use this company when we lived in Yorkshire and we were looking for a local company here in Worcestershire to provide a similar service only to find the Tommy Top soil do national delivery. Just taken delivery of mucker mulch. One happy gardener….

I was the receiver of top soil and turf today. Turf was ripped. Top soil was not delivered as ordered. I would not endorse this company. Customer service very poor indeed

2 years in a row we’ve bought or Christmas tree from Tommy’s and it’s certain we’ll be back a third time. No needle drops and everybody who has seen our tree has commented on it’s beauty.

I’ve used these guys a few times in the past few years and have always been really impressed by their customer service and products. However, today I was absolutely blown away by the fantastic customer service of Dawn, not only was she very helpful in telling me the correct product for what I want to do, but whereas I thought I would need 1 x Dumpy bag of topsoil, she actually worked it out for me and gave me a saving of nearly £60 by telling me to have small individual bags. How many companies nowadays would do that for a customer??? Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend. More businesses out there could learn a hell of a lot from this…. ‘Customer Care Before Profit, Playing The Long Game Means I’ll Return Time And Time Again’!!!!  BRILLIANT!!!!!

I have just got off the phone to a person with the most appalling customer service skills I have had the misfortune to deal with. As a repeat customer I explained that I have a long, thin driveway. Previous delivery has always taken place without a hitch. Yesterday I waited in all afternoon for my 22 bags that I had ordered, and at no point did my gate buzz or my mobile ring with an attempted delivery. At 8.30pm another delivery driver alerted me to the fact that there were a large number of bags by the roadside onto my drive. So at 8.30pm, in the rain, on my own, I had to lug 22 bags quite a distance to the top of my drive, so that no one would steal them. It took me over an hour, and this morning I’m in absolute agony.  I explained this to the manager/delivery man who didn’t give me his name. He told me he had tried my mobile he didn’t, I have a call log, he conceded he might have got a digit wrong, he conceded he didn’t even bother to try the gate. He told me he did the bare minimum that he needed to do and that was why I paid £22 delivery costs. I said that I had explained when I placed my order as I always do when I order from them, that my drive is very long and narrow and previous deliveries have never been a problem.  I also asked if he would expect his wife or daughter to carry 22 bags in the dark and rain at night all because he couldn’t be bothered to buzz the gate or call the customer - I don’t believe he even tried and he’d have to show a screen shot of the attempted call for me to believe him.  He told me that he would indeed fully expect his wife or daughter to have to do that themselves - what a charmer! He didn’t even apologise.  I have spent nearly £100 with Tommy Topsoil this year alone, and I am so disappointed at the way I have been treated. If they can’t even be bothered to tell you that they have arrived at your property, and openly say they’d be happy to put their loved ones in as much pain and discomfort as I am in now, then I’d question whether I’d want them to have my money. I rang for an apology and explanation, I got the latter, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable.
