Got alignment done today very good price at £42. Car runs a lot better for it. And they let you know if they see anything that will need doing and tell you if urgent or not. I would use again.
The whole experience was awful. Courtesy of their manager. I’ll try keep it short. I brought my van for a new clutch. I’ve had the van since new. 2014 Transit Custom. It didn’t make it home. Drive shaft fell out. I had to be towed home. I went home because I didn’t get it back until closing time the day they promised. I had to chase to get it back on the day they told me. They made a big fuss of collecting it from my house to repair. Eventually they agreed; they simply forgot to tighten it. I got it back and before leaving the carpark, there was a noise. He said, keep it a few days and come back to us. I did despite knowing it wasn’t a clutch noise. I took it back a few days later and I hinted what it could be. They looked, couldn’t find the issue. I found the issue and fixed it. I phoned and they said “I’m sorry you know more than our master technician”. Not a nice thing to say, or the tone in which he said it. There was now a new noise. They couldn’t fix it. Credit that they tried. I took it elsewhere and had it fixed. We’re on the third noise, 2 other garages state it could be the clutch or driveshaft wear. Because I was driving home with it not attached fully. First noise. I am now £700+ out of pocket. I can’t go back because of their lack of knowledge. I am so disappointed I chose a tyre place to do anything other than a minor service. The only positive was that Rhys, the owner; is a nice person. It’s just a shame his ambition outweighs the grasp on his company. I know this hopefully is a rare occurrence, but the little guy me is now paying. I know my van inside and out. I have had it 10 years, 115k miles. It was in perfect health before I took it to them. Now, every time I drive it, It’s a pain.
Absolutely brilliant experience at Target Tyres. I had my tyres changed at a very competitive price. They were the cheapest I could find. Super friendly and helpful over the phone. Upon arrival same again. They took care with my car and alloys from start to finish. No long waiting time either which was nice. Can’t recommend highly enough ! Will definitely be returning for my car needs in future.
We were booked in on a Saturday morning to have three tyres replaced. When we turned up, the young lad immediately told us he wanted to be off by 11.30 and that he doubted he could get it done. He was very very unhelpful and everything we asked was met with reluctance. Will not be coming back.
I've been using Target Tyres for a couple of years and most recently had an ignition switch fitted on my Volvo V50. They managed to quickly and correctly diagnose the fault, and the job was fitted-in as best they could in-between the work they had already booked in, at a very busy time for them. Thank you, Rhys and the team for your expertise in getting the repair sorted for me.

We were very pleased with the service we received. The staff were all very helpful from the first telephone contact to actually changing the tyre on our Motorhome. Freddie was very pleasant and professional. We’ll be bringing our car to Target Tyres for its service and MOT when it’s due.
Had a slow puncture and the tyre was going to be £280 to replace £100 less than Kwikfit, but when checked it could be repaired for only £12. I wonder how many companies would have been that honest. Service was excellent to boot .. very happy!.
I called Target this morning after I found a screw in a tyre. They managed to fit me in mid morning. The tyre was assessed and then repaired quickly and at a fair price. Everyone on the team was friendly and professional. We'll done Target.
