What can I say, amazing work. Everything was done to a very high standard. It was a pleasure to have Claude and Chris working in our guest house. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful bespoke bar. Will be using them again in the future as we’ve spotted the amazing fire place surrounds on the site. Thanks lads we love everything you did, your a credit to your company.
Bought furniture from Drake's Bar Furniture 20 years ago and was well impressed. One bar stool was damaged in transit and no quibble it was replaced with in 24 hrs. So I recently decided to get a quote for 8 new bar stools.
Absolutely disgusted, took over 3 weeks to finally get a meeting set. Rang numerous times, was told would ring back, nothing.... rang again, was told next week, told them I was flying back to UK for a few hours and flying out that evening again, they agreed, arranged a time... landed, drove 1 hour from Manchester to Leeds for the meeting just to receive a text 1 hour before to cancel because they had overbooked! Rang them for explanation and all they did was shrugg their shoulders, bordering insult and height of unprofessionalism.... Warning: If you have a project that you want to last for months they are the perfect crowd, their facade looks professional but they don’t deliver..... not even a week old pre-arranged meeting where mountains were moved on our side to attend.
Poor attitude and don’t really seem to want business. Totally nonchalant and not interested in meeting my needs so it seems. ‘Neil’ of Ask Drakes - I will be taking my business elsewhere.
