We popped in on our way back home to Stoke-On-Trent and we weren’t disappointed. The carvery was absolutely amazing and great value for money. Meat was nicely cooked and there was a good selection of veg too. Our server Jenna was very accommodating and very thoughtful throughout our whole experience. Would definitely recommend.
Would give this place zero stars if I could. The service was poor, not enough staff, and the food inedible. I've never been served such horrible meat in all my life, there were no vegetables, roast potatoes were burnt, and everything was cold. The floors near the carvery station were filthy! Will never call again.
I love Toby Carvery and today was no different. The roast potatoes were amazing.nWe were looked after by Michelle and her kindness went way above and beyond. She even gave me a ten pound off voucher which reduced our bill. I would never have expected that and for her to do that for us was so lovely. The restaurant was busy too but her service never faltered.
Plenty of choice to choose from. Eggs, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and toast were great. Bacon, sausage, potato, hash and black pudding were overcooked and hard so you couldn't eat it.
Ordered a Yorkshire pudding wrap. They let me amend the order to make the wrap my own and it was the nicest one I have ever had. They also cooked the yorkshire pudding fresh for us as they had ran out. Iv Been told the chefs were called Brendan and Matt, amazing. Our server was called Terry-Ann and she was also amazing
