Nice clean restaurant with friendly welcoming staff. Despite being a chicken place they have a couple of veggie/vegan options and let me know the order would taste slightly longer. Delicious bean burger and fries, will come here again.
Very nice food and great American style decor.nClean and efficient.nDisabled friendly:nNo dogs or pets I am afraid to say.nMcDonald top service order on screen or at the till.nRe-fill your drink as much as you like.
Greeted at the door by a member of staff with a warm welcome and a smile.nThe member of staff made me feel at ease as soon as I entered.nThey asked me if I'd visited before and told me the different ways I could order my food.nPersonally, I thought this was an excellent way to greet customers !nnThe restaurant was very clean,tidy, and buzzing with people enjoying their food.nI ordered on one of the kiosks, which was an extremely easy process.nnThe prices are reasonable as the quality and quantity of the food was second to none !nnThe speed of the service was extremely speedy, and the staff were very polite and made sure I was aware of how to get my drinks.nnDuring eating, the manager came around to all the customers and politely asked if everything was OK, which I also thought this was an excellent touch of customer service!!nnAll in all, I'd give this restaurant 100% of my customer satisfaction .nnCustomer service 100%nCleanliness of restaurant 100%nAtmosphere 100 %nAnd definitely 100% on the food
Came in for a quick lunch. The staff was brilliant, one of them even opened the doors for us! All of them were smiling and friendly nWe had a burger and tenders. Tenders were truly tender and the burger was pretty sizable.nWe stayed inside to eat and it was clean, light and well decorated.nThe things that weren't great: the amount of sauce on the chicken burger. Cmon, I'm sure a multi million company can allow themselves to give more than just a couple drops of sauce? nAdditionally, I ordered 3 ketchup sachets but was only given one ‍ I wish you could just pick them up at the till or something.nOverall, it was nice, but I don't think it's worth the price, because you don't really get much for your money.
Having been to the branch in The Metro Centre, I was excited for the Rotherham branch to open.nnWarm, friendly welcome from staff, letting us know that we could order via the digital kiosks or using the QR code at the tables.nnNice, bright decor, tables frequently being cleaned.nnWe opted for Spicy Chicken Tenders with Cajun Fries and a diet Dr Pepper.nnIt was very busy, nevertheless our food arrived in around 10 minutes from order.nnThe Tenders and fries were crispy and crunchy right to the end. The chicken was excellent quality breast meat.nnVery tasty food and easily wipes the floor with KFC, so definitely worth paying that fraction more for.nnMy only gripe, which I'll put down to teething with it only just opening was attention to detail with the order. When it arrived at the table, our dips were missing, there were no straws or napkins for our drinks. It was awkward using the cup style lids on the drinks.nnGreat venue, easy to park. Will definitely return regularly.
