Entered the Parkgate store at 8:25 to be told I can only order food to takeaway, even though the resteraunt doesn't close for another 35 minutes. Utter disappointment. I went to Canklow store where staff were all too pleased to serve us. Staff at Canklow store were awesome, professional and friendly. 5star to Canklow store. Never going to Parkgate store again.

Been coming here for years; the deco is in need of a face lift , walls are very dirty. An update would be great, very dated! Also not sure how long the tea and coffee machine has been broken,  but it's seems like months. Very disappointed again today to find i had to have pop again! Service very slow too, not much going for it at the minute.

Dated and dirty interior. Dirty toilets. Staff have poor manners and little idea of hospitality or customer service. Food edible some of the time. Other times its poor even for fast food.One of the poorer examples of a KFC. The franchise owner must not want to update the place or staff training. Give it a miss.

I've been going to this KFC for the past several years now and the food there is always fantastic and delicious, cant fault them on the food at all and the place is always clean and tidy whenever I go in to eat there or to take away. 

However, recently I've noticed that the staff seems to have become rather lazy, at least when it comes to serving customers at the tills, one time I went in when there was no one else, took 10 minutes to get served and they did see me before hand, and just recently I was waiting in a queue for at least 20 minutes with only one staff member at the tills. A queue going out the door should have at least two staff members at the till.

giving it three stars due to great food but downside is the staff recently.
