Absolutely disgraceful treatment today,waiting 25mins for 2 kids happy meals while just eat are in and out in minutes. Is it because you charge more on just eat maybe. Autistic nephew had already finished his drinks and is having a meltdown in the car, is your staff member interested, give you 1 guess no he's not, not even an apology. Asked for another drink while we wait nope can't do that either. What a bloody disgrace we won't be going back you have not pushed us to use just eat but just to go somewhere else.
Can't say im happy, got 2 burnt fillet o fish was rock hard like eating a rock, then the hot chocolate the cup was dirty from previously someone spilling stuff out of it so they used a used cup to give me it and on top of that the cup was broken, honestly the worst maccies i ever been tonnIf need proof check pictures attached
We bought two white coffees today 7.15 amwhich were both bitter,tasted of chemicals and were undrinkable.nnWe were given replacements which took a while as there was some conversation in the background as to weather the machine had been cleaned.nnNo smile,No apology for being kept waiting,the inconvenience or the undrinkable coffee from the guy in the white shirt.nnWe didn't enjoy the replacement coffees as we had the taste of the bad coffee in our mouths for an hour or so.nnA simple sorry would have been enough.nnVery poor service.
Always always forget my dip so I pay for an extra one to make sure and they still forget it no chips at all in our meals, just lazy if you asked me not ordered in peak times so don’t see why getting orders wrong should be an issue. If this was first time it has happened I wouldn’t be as fussed but when it’s happening over and over it becomes a joke get paid more than most workers but can’t even do their jobs right
Go every Sunday morning for coffee after a run. Today upstairs was blocked off and could only sit in a small selection of chairs due to cleaning. We had to sit in an area were the was food and waste all-over the floor, then cleaning staff kept sweeping under our feet. Ended up walking out. Never felt as uncomfortable trying relax with our morning cuppa. Very poor service. Building was an absolute disgrace with all the rubbish on the floor.
