They seem to be using subcontractors , who in my case were responsible for very irresponsible and unreliable performance. Wasted my two full days and they don't have mechanisms in place, like tracking vehicles, to rule out my doubt that driver might be marking failed delivery without even attempting to come to my postcode... I had strong reasons to suspect that, especially because no one buzzed my apartment or called my mobile numbers on both delivery dates... and they marked as unable to access premises, whilst the premises gates are not security controlled. This was an appalling experience. I informed them that I have received several successful deliveries of my online orders these days and I'm especially impressed by Amazon couriers as they always call.. just fedex driver preferred to mark it as failed delivery on two consecutive days, Friday and Monday and i ended up wasting both days waiting for them, and suffered stress. People at the centre were much better, they were polite, listened to my complain with empathy. The lovely lady on phone was also very helpful who had located my parcel and held it for collection, as I never wanted my parcel out with same irresponsible driver again. Totally disgusted with using fedex overall. Will never use again. Sorry.
I have an urgent and important document with them and they “tried” to deliver for 2 days while I am home. I left notes literally everywhere of the court I live. But then they went to back of the building and took a random picture and left. I was waiting in the balconyseeing all front entrances for 4 hours to make sure I catch them but nothing. In the second I saw the picture I ran to back which took 20 seconds but no one was there. This does not make any sense. They will keep arranging redelivery while I stuck at home!!!!
Illegal and disgusting service from tnt today. Not only did the driver NOT try to deliver my passport but decided to take a photograph of his location in the middle lane of a major roundabout right next to my house while driving. Illegal and yet couldn’t be bothered to deliver my passport or even pull over and do it legally the photo shows nothing to the viewer but as I live here clearly is the middle lane of a major roundabout connecting the m62 and m1. This driver should be prosecuted for using a mobile phone while driving.
They don't use the intercom, just come and take a photo for the door and runaway....and the outcome is failed delivery/arrange redelivery. Wasted 2 days for me and caused a lot of stress. Also a time frame from 8am to 8pm is very inefficient.
They waste me two days waiting to deliver. I think they don't come to my house. In both days they just take picture of the street I live from google and put that picture as confirmation of the delivery. Such a same and irresponsible job.
Really! It’s worst service I seen ever I call caustomer service every week again & again they changed my delivery date ? If it’s my important BRP card they r gyz don’t bother …should gov move on from FedEx
I needed to pick up 2 parcels, went to the LS9 depot and they sent me to this one. When arrived they didn’t let me in saying the parcels were there but on a truck so they couldn’t get them out. In total loss £50 on Uber fees and didn’t get either of my parcels I needed for this weekend.
Postcode and map details on Google are incorrect. Sending people to Seacroft, ls14. Gelderd Road is ls27 not le27. Update your information.
***UPDATE*** 16th November 2021 I have received my document today after the severe delayed. I've managed to get through to a customer advisor. 1: Phone the TNT call centre. 2: Make sure you say "I want to speak to an agent" to the robot. She will likely to ask you three questions, don't bother just say "I want to speak to an agent" repeatedly. 3: I phoned them at 8am sharp and the advisor picked up my call after 20 seconds! Good luck all! ***10th November 2021*** This is the worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. I am expecting an essential document to be delivered - BRP. However, the re-delivery date is being pushed back each day. Contacted the HMPO team, they kept rearranging the redelivery date. On top of that, you can only speak to a robot through the phone number given. The online tracking system not updating my delivery status. I feel so helpless, hopeless and disappointed.
Absolutely disgusting service. Get told on the phone my parcel is waiting to be collected, drive 60 miles and they say it's not here and deny all responsibility. Tell me to phone the customer service number again, which puts me on hold for 1 hour then cuts off.
