If I could put 0 star I would the reviews are 100% true. This is the second time the first time my parcel said it was delivered but never arrived. And now my parcel as been stuck in transit for over a 1 week now with no updates. Please don’t use them there’s no way of contacting them either and their website just takes u back in loops. I don’t know how their still a company they need to be shut down give me my parcel thiefs
I posted an item by tracked 24 to Jersey on the 12 August, so why when I check my tracking number today 23 August, it is still saying at Leeds MC since the 12th. This service is a joke! So many reviews advise so much bad publicity of Leeds MC and I believe it now. Tried to call but the mobile number does not exist. Trying to get hold of anybody at Royal Mail to sort this out, is an absolute nightmare. I have been charged £20 for the non-return of my item, so I would like a response and refunded.
0 stars from me if i had the choice. absolutly shocking service have a fake mobile number that does not even go through. parcel has been stuck in mail centre for some time - if you order from ebay/ online be aware that this mail centre could potentially prolong your delivery due to their lack of competence and inability to communicate with the end service users. AVOID if you can
Poor service. Contact number is incorrect too. My parcel is stuck there for two days now and there is no way to find out what is going on. The parcel contains medicines which needed to be delivered on time. Disappointing
Regarding delivery of letters not great waiting for important letter bank still not arrived. Not happy leeds 9 postcode LS9OSY been few days now had nothing what time.do they work at for deliverys
No wonder this place got so many bad reviews. I think the workers there have no intention to do any work.
This workplace is massive, the combination of tasks been conducted during a single shift is unbelievable. How machine and humans work together to ensure prompt delivery of parcels and letters are incredible. Working with the team here as a season sorter is a wonderful experience for me. Weldon team Royal mail for the wonderful work been done here
Phone number doesnt work Parcels get here and then disappear into the system with no tracking and no delivery
It's a huge big mail centre and a lovely drive down from Glasgow ye ha
