You have already paid Yorkshire Water for the main product. Your then paying again for a machine to 'cleanse' it.Load of rubbish.  It was cheaper to buy bottled water from the local Tesco,and stick it in the fridge.Don't get me started on the endless 'courtesy' calls. 'Was I ok for cups?'  A complete con.I have no idea how they are still in business.Thankfully,they are no longer used by MY business.Avoid

An absolutely shocking approach to customers that wish to terminate their agreement. No proceedure for escalating customer complaints other than getting a sales person involved to sell you more stuff.

Wouldn't use these  ever again, they even treat their staff as mugs !
