Absolutely Rubbish service. Not able to deliver early morning or evening. Was i supposed to take day off from work? Twice missed delivery at 1pm then  i was expected to collect from Leeds 13 miles from my house. Total 26 miles journey to collect my parcel, dont think so!!! Customer service told me they would leave with neighbour but didnt. Why give false information?? PLEASE DO NOT USE CITY LINK

Received an e mail saying something I had ordered online was being delivered by City Link tomorrow. As  I wasn't going to be in working and the depot was just up the road I clicked on the link to collect from depot. next day i went straight there from work. To  be told it's been delivered. Why was it on the van in the first place and who signed for it?...Mr Brook signed for it....."Do you know anyone of that name?" I was asked. Er yes that is me........I replied. The response was that he had probably left it in a safe place and there would be a card through the door.  I went home to find neither a parcel or a card.  I rang my next door neighbor who had actually taken delivery of it.  OK so I got my parcel on time and undamaged but the whole procedure was shocking.

Worst courier service ever! Courier didn't even knock on door I have evidence on cctv and went to back garden gate and knocked on the gate which leads to back garden. Then, posts the 'sorry we missed you' leaflet through the gate and took a photo of it. - Again, I have it on cctv. Found leaflet in next doors garden. Phoned City link A joke in itself who refused to deliver as they'd tried delivering twice. When given dates and times, I played cctv back and first attempt was as per above and second attempt they didn't even go up the drive. Girl at Leeds depot who called back sounded like school work experience and was a waste of human skin. Parcel van was Drighlington Courier Service, so don't trust them either as they're bloody useless. Therefore, pay the extra and send it/have it delivered by the professionals who do give a toss!

Unbelievably poor! I used them because I thought they were a big player; but they are just a micky-mouse operation who have taken my parcel and disappeared with it. It never went on their system and I can only assume that the cocky little sod that collected it either sold it at a car boot sale or eBay. A gang of crooks and shysters; avoid like the plague

Worst carrier ever.....constantly losing parcels, and drivers are either retarded or out and out liars....Too many instances of mysterious cards left and drivers unable to deliver due to 'No Answer' when sat here all day and no-one calls.  Would avoid like the plague.
