Utter shambles of an organisation, complete liars and not worth dealing with. Apparently I was not available to accept my parcel, yet it was supposed to have been delivered to a drop off point as agreed and as per the app. I though the point of a drop off point was to be able to pick it up at a time to suit you. What a liar driver.yesterday I did wait for my delivery from 8 am until 12.15pm.he didn’t show up at all,even not been left notice,that we missed you.and later on when I check my tracking number,it’s been mentioned,that he been here in my house 11.30.what a lier????driver Richie.I have camera at home.and I checked camera in that time,between 11am until 12.15 no one came to my house.and in the car parking dpd van in that time didn’t show up at all. Very disappointed with your service and particularly drivers liars
Got an email saying my parcel will me arriving at 10:11am to 11:11am, waiting downstairs in my living room, I see the van passes the font street and go's to the back street, then I receive an email saying will miss you, I check my cctv, the driver trying to deliver it to the wrong house. Now I have wait till January 3rd to pick up my parcel from a local shop.
Absolutely rubbish service. No updates from the company, They send different drivers for collection every day which have no clue what they are doing, sometimes they dont even collect the parcel and say there was no one. Please dont try calling the depot, as you will be pass through from 1 agent to another without a resolution, promising some one will call back in 5min and you wait for days to get the answer back.
Would've given zero stars but sadly not an option! Finally received my package today to find everything inside completely shattered! This is despite the box being labelled fragile, glass!! Shocking service!
Worst delivery firm . I paid for next day delivery i was told it was going to be a day late . Was the. Given a time slot of 10am to 11am they showed up at 5pm .

Didn't deliver through letter box -randox covid test -but did in October now at a collect shop but i am in Tenerife, daft driver, Now no one at Leeds Morley depot will collect and repost to my letterbox for my arrival home on 13th January. Your previous service was excellent this time pants.
