Just bought a jacket which fits perfectly and is so soft and comfy. The lady who helped me find it was really helpful . She knew exactly which one I was looking for and took me straight to it. Even though my description wasn't very good and she was quite busy at the other end of the store. Great store and brilliant staff. Thank you
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Great choice of walking gear, be aware that they tend to restock on a monday and fri/sat and popular stock goes quickly. Great store.
I've just bought a pair of walking boots and the service couldn't have been better. The chap at the footwear section was extremely helpful and attentive, his advice was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. 10 out of 10!
Visited today to kit the kid out for a school trip and walked past the footwear section and recognised some sound advice coming from a member of staff. I enquired about boots for my partner for an upcoming hike, her knowledge and advice was simply amazing, knowledge of the products and tips simply blew me away, teaching even a seasoned hiker like myself some new tips.nThat knowledge was not beaten by her excellent customer service.nRebecca thank you, haven’t had such great service in retail for longtime. More like her would get people back in stores and off internet shopping
