Got everything I needed. Really like the new modern look, and think the store is much cleaner and tidier than it was before. A thank you for Luke who went out of his way to help me whilst I was in store on Sat 10 Sept 22. His customer mindset is a credit to the store.
IF YOU NEED ANYTHING GO IN STORE. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! It's a disgrace. Constant issues with delivery. Can't change to pick up instead. Delivery courier is DHL horrific can't get in touch because it's an automated service. The staff are lovely and very helpful in store. Very informative and customer service is amazing.
Refurb is really great. Although the whole store is refurbished the toilets haven't been and are quite old and grotty. Lift has been installed to the mezzanine level, some previous reviews say no lift but that's not the case anymore.
Absolutely Disgusted,on Friday I visited the store at Portrack Stockton for a bottle of calor gas. Firstly the woman who served us was extremely rude.I am 63 years old,she would not lean over the counter to look at the bottle of empty gas which is still heavy,she told me to lift it up.She then said "We dont have any in". I asked when will you have some in to which she replied "I have no idea". I asked would the manager know to get another curt reply "I gave you an answer"I would like a refund of my membership card as I will not go back to this store again,it is disgraceful to speak to a customer like that,a very rude member of staff,with rude staff like this I certainly will not be returning.
First visit since it was refurbished and the place looks amazing, packed with everything you need for outdoor pursuits. Currently got fantastic offers on for those with discount cards which can be purchased in shop anyway
Helpful staff and if you have the outdoor card cost 5 yr prices are competitive. We've been during the hit weather, so stocks very limited on some items. Would recommend
I can not fault the staff here, one lady in particular went the distance and helped me try on every shoe they had in store, unfortunately none were any good for my awkward feet, felt a little guilty leaving with nothing BUT she gave me some excellent advice, never got her name but the lady originates from Australia and knows her stuff when it comes to footwear. Two weeks later, after finding the footwear I needed elsewear, I returned to purchase the insole that had been recommended by her, sadly she wasn't there but again excellent service, the staff knew who I was talking about when told them about my previous visit and I come away with what I needed. Very helpful attentive staff ***** from me
Me and my wife have been members for years. And it pays to have a membership card. It's the place to go if you want anything for the outdoors, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Not accessible since refurbishment. They have taken out the lift when refurbishment was done and not replaced it. Clearly GoOutdoors have no regard for their disabled customers.
Exellent shop for all outdoor clothing & equipment there's a sale on I got some great bargains & saved quiet a lot of money very happy staff are very helpful
