Worst Tk maxx customer service and chasing customers out 15 minutes before  closing time, saying it’s company policy. Can’t do last minute shopping because staff will literally be breathing down your neck as if the store is going to explode if any customer leaves the store a minute later.nnBeen to all kinds of Tk maxx’s but this one is the worst!

Terrible customer service. I rang this afternoon regarding click and collect and the person who answered the phone was rude and very unhelpful.

One of the best shops in TX. Always clean, good assortment, polite salesmen.

A large store on two levels, kids, boys, girls, men, women, house hold and small food stufs etc etc. Clean and bright and friendly staff.

First time opened in Northern Ireland - Derry / Londonderry. Its located right of TK MAXX. At the moment what's available is what you get so if you spot something you want don't waist time and pick it up immediately. When stock is available is unsure by the staff and website is is kinda useless. Homesense has everything from decoration to furniture and almost everything your home needs. Some items is unbelievably low price compared to all other shops but some items is far more expensive. It's a must go shop and I highly recommend you visit it. I am certainly going back again.
