New Look

Fab store with a range of beautiful clothing,accessories and shoes. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always on hand when you need an opinion about something ie trying on something. My favourite store to shop.

Staff are rude, they run around the floor like rats when there's a queue doing what exactly pointing at the other to serve as the till, bit of a joke standing about so needless to say I walked away on both occasions but the third and final shopping trip I have in and actually counted 5 staff on the floor 7 paying customers on the till which took 12 mins to serve any of us. Of course we never got an apology for waiting! Them self service tills retail staff are complaining about taking over jobs will certainly come in handy in this Newlook.

This is a decent store with a few shortcomings that drag it down to mediocre. Pros: Clean, spacious, accessible, friendly staff, nice layout Cons: No curve section, lack of different sizes, nowhere for people to wait outside the changing room
