Great store. Good selection for men.
Spacious, just beside next, I like it has self check out. Prices are reasonable.
Tills at back of store and long wait. Self service a joke, Any discounts were not applied. Really awkward if 2 people trying to use, Loops of items got stuck on coat hangers, Swipe didn't work after all that. Red light flashing for ages. Still didn't work. Red light flashing for ages again. No bags. Not going to venture in there again, not worth the frustration. Only went in because of discount code I had but it didnt work anyway so a waste of precious diesel and time. Good bye Matalan.
UPDATE: you should probably take some sort of tent or sleeping bag with you if you plan on buying anything in store, the queues are absolutely ridiculous even if the store is quiet, you couldn't just 'pop' in for something, never enough staff on the tills and when they are the are too busy talking amongst themselves to get the queue moving! Clean and tidy, well staffed. Overall not a bad place to shop
Good for a look around and a strange mixture of home where.
New layout is great but the fact there is only one set of tills at the very bottom and back of store isn't ideal. I purchased the kids items I went in for then went upstairs to look at the ladies. Tried my items on, was going to pay for a dress and 2 tops then realised where tills where and left the clothes back
Amazing clothes but major problem is people had to wait over an hour in the que and i really didn't have the patience to wait that long being pregnant so i put my full basket of shopping away and went next door. No tills upstairs at all! Everyone waiting was so upset and people just left
It is great for getting branded clothes that no one else would have, but if you like something get it then because if you don't you will never find it again they only bring in 5-6 items at once .
Have noticed they have hidden hand sanatizers!! As a customer when you come in they should be easy seen we all know you want to sell and promote your good but please keep us safe when doing so
The items I wanted were not in store. Floor staff were more than willing to check stock room and expected delivery. They give me the details to order online which I did to collect in store at no extra cost.
