Debenhams

Today 10/2/18 myself and my daughter walked into Debenhams and the lovely Kayleigh asked us do we need help. We were delighted and she became our personal shopper. We were treated like royalty. She went around the shop and helped us to look for what we wanted. She was so helpful and nice. She saved us hours walking around and knew everyone in each section that could offer their advise. We got what we came for and left very very happy. Kayleigh was so helpful, we really had the best shopping experience.

I have shopped in Debenhams in Foyleside since it opened and I always get cosmetics at the Clinique counter. The lady there has been cosistently helpful throughout the years and I have bought many products from her for Christmas and birthday gifts for family and friends. I was very disappointed when she was off sick at Christmas this year. Today I was delighted to see her back and she told me her name was Maria. This lady is an absolute gem and I will definitely be shopping in her department from now on.

Went to search for an outfit for my daughter's wedding. The sale assistant in Jacques Vert was every so helpful and within a short time frame I had dress,jacket and head piece. And at a great price too. So thank you to that lady for making my shopping experience enjoyable, given that I dislike shopping.😊
