Lovely juice and cake.  Went to get my Barleylands stamp on my Tiptree tea rooms passport.  They have made it more tea roomy and less like a greasy cafe on the inside since I last went, theres some sofa and nice curtains etc now. Shame the table with the nice sofas wasnt cleared the whole half hour I was there.  Theres a tea room and a canteen part, with tables available outside. Open till 5pm but the kitchen shuts at 3.30pm.  Parking: 5 min walk to the tea room

Extremely friendly staff. Really enjoyed our lunch there. Portions are very generous.  We got jacket potato, beans and cheese.  There’s also vegan options available.

I booked 14 people for Mother’s Day, some with gluten and dairy allergies. Jo and the team were fantastic. Extremely accommodating, welcoming and professional. Really made Mother’s Day for our extended family. Food and service was excellent, highly recommended!  Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy allergies options were very good.

Nice people but £10 for a jacket potato I'm sorry but no. That is a ridiculous price for a potato. And £10 for sandwich!!!  If you're going to pay £20 for 2 sandwiches then you're better off getting the afternoon tea for £20 as it comes with two sandwiches and tea and scones.Food: 3/5

£3.25 for a cappuccino out of a machine. Nothing special. Would expect proper barista coffee. Ridiculous. The avocado, tomato and mushrooms on toast was ok but price seemed a bit much. Was ok though. Left feeling disappointed and would rather have a Wetherspoons breakfast!Food: 3/5

Had a lovely afternoon tea for our Mums 67th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the staff couldn’t do enough for us and made Mum’s birthday very special. Good value for money, you get loads we even took some cakes home. Will definitely be returning soon

V disappointing compared to previous visits, had booked a table, waited over an hour for food. Toasted sandwiched were at best warm, had to ask for refil drinks. Unlikely to return anytime soon!Food: 3/5

Thoroughly recommend this tea room.  Great service and a delicious aray of sandwiches scones and cakes. So much so we had to take some home wuth us to enjoy again at home.Food: 5/5
