Great breakfast, Pete came out to make sure everything was as expected and we must admit everything was far more than we expected. Pete clearly has a passion for providing excellent food and service, perfect start to the weekend. Thank you all!
Lovely popular cafe, good varied menu, will always try and accommodate any particular food related request. Very friendly staff and Pete always has time to talk and is passionate about his cooking and cafe. We usually go on a Saturday for breakfast, can get busy by mid morning. Not had a bad experience yet and definitely our preferred cafe in the local area. Vegetarian options: Can offer various flavour veggie sausages for your breakfast. Will adjust the breakfast to your specific request if at all possible and ingredients are in.
Food is really nice, staff are wonderful! I had a jacket potato with tuna mayo yum!. Gluten free bread is an option too for panini and sandwiches they are dog friendly too. All-round lovely experience.Dietary restrictions accommodatedVegetarian, Gluten free
Absolutely delicious breakfast! Lovely staff, everyone was so friendly. Pete came and spoke to us after we had finished. So much thought and effort does into the ingredients and meals here. I don’t usually like tomato’s but they were roasted vine tomato’s so I tried them and they were delicious. Overall just delicious comfort food.
First time going to Pete's and it was lovely! food was cooked well, decent quality sausages and bacon, very good poached eggs and nice coffee. The staff were lovely and it came across as genuine. Dog friendly too!
Great place to stop for Elevenses on a bike ride. Indoor and outdoor seating. Nice clean, fresh feel to the place. Staff very friendly and food and coffee good. Not been here since January.....we must make it a more regular stop! Pete was there too, helping clear away, taking orders and generally doing great PR with the customers.
Friendly staff, lovely food, good coffee. Relaxed, informal, comfortable place to just have quick coffee and meet friends or have a meal.

Absolutely fantastic cafe with original decor, pristine clean and a great feel. The food was amazing. Arguably the best breakfast I've had. Everything was so fresh and high quality - no corners cut. Even the bread was elite as well as tea and coffee. The owner Pete is one of the nicest guys you could meet - and his staff were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Will be returning sooner rather than later - this time with our dog as its dog friendly. Thanks guys!!
Best place to stop for breakfast after a Sunday morning walk. The food is excellent, the staff are so welcoming & helpful. Tables inside & out. Very dog friendly too.
