I got the app a few weeks ago with the free drink reward and i put £5 credit on to try out buying my morning coffees this way. Everyday at 8am there is a line to the door and one person serving. This morning i had some extra time so waited. Two people out back and one serving who was doing 3 latte and 3 bacon rolls for guy in front. How at anytime can preparing pastries out back be more important than your customers waiting? The whole point of a business is customers. The food display was full, so basically the staff (Not necessarily from their discretion) puts customers not even arrived yet before ones in the store. That is the basic and obvious logic on how things are run. After a few weeks I've only just used the free app welcome drink as I've gone down the road and paid more for coffee so im not standing in line when my bus is 5 minutes away. That should be plenty but I've had to walk out of line to go elsewhere, where 5 minutes is plenty. As for good, we all know it's cold except for if you are lucky enough to go in straight after it is out of the oven, so i wasn't even going to mention it. It would be like complaining the food is unhealthy. If someone opened up a microwave store next to all Greggs they would be very rich.

Greggs Billericay has been a great addition to the High Street, you are greeted by delicious freshly made sandwiches, pastries, cookies, baguettes, cakes and biscuits. There is also decent hot drinks available. Best advice is the visit early in the morning or early lunch to not to be disappointed! Staff are very friendly.
