Welcome to the Dandelion Coffee Shop on Facebook!
The Dandelion coffee shop is situated amongst the beautiful backdrop of the picturesque village of Stock in Essex, nestled between Chelmsford city and Billericay. Stock has become an increasingly popular residential area for London commuters, as it feels a million miles away from busy, city life. It is quiet and pretty with many desirable walks and paths making Stock appealing to walkers, ramblers and cyclists alike.
The Dandelion is a coffee shop in the hub of the village. It has a fresh, New England appearance and has a lovely 'home away from home' atmosphere. It is comfortable and relaxing for visitors, making it the perfect 'spot' for indulging in our delicious hot drinks and fresh breakfasts and lunches, home made cakes and afternoon teas and much more. We serve only the finest coffee and food and we prepare all our food fresh on the premises. We would never think of serving our customers anything less than the best.
We believe that going out for a coffee and something to eat is an experience to be enjoyed again and again.

A lovely, rustic, neat, friendly coffee shop, where we felt warmly welcomed.  Food was freshly made and very neatly presented with thoughtful finishing touches.  Staff here are genuinely interested in catering to customers' dietary requirements.  Ambience was relaxed  and convivial.  Loved the interesting decor. Highly recommended!! What a great little find. Excellent lunch served by lovely friendly staff. Some evenings tapas events are held. We have booked a table. Highly recommend this coffee house.Food: 5/5

This is the 2nd time we've been to this cafe and both times the service has been absolutely first class. The waitress was really nice, the food was hot, tasty and well presented and arrived at our table in a matter of minutes. Its always rather busy and parking can be tricky, but its worth driving round the block a couple of times to eat at this cafe. Prices are fair. Well done to all the staff, this place is a real find, thoroughly recommended

The most progressive third wave coffee shop I’ve ever seen. Staff could certainly be friendlier and more approachable but the drink do the talking for them !Service: 4/5

We love coming here after a walk in the surrounding countryside. The food is always great, and the service is warm and friendly.  Wide variety of options on the menu, from light bites to full meals. The portions are always very generous and beautifully served. We have mostly visited for brunch and a coffee, but we must come back for one of the tapas evenings, we've heard great things!

Busy little place . Stopped for some lunch  while cycling.  Excellent coffee. . Sandwich was well presented. Staff were very efficient . Cleaned table thoroughly. Staff had visors on and we're enforcing rules strictly. A little.pricey but.it is Stock and it is a nice cafe.

Tapas night on a Friday.  Food was great and very filling. No rush for you to leave as the only accept the booked guests.  Staff really friendly.

Lovely little oasis in a lovely little village, that being stock just outside of billericay . We had teas and lemon cake served with a slice of lemon to further enhance the flavour . Beautiful!Food: 5/5

Only came for coffee, on a rainy morning - very impressed. Drinks were great. Service was quick, and very helpful. Nice atmosphere too.  Food looked great. Prices are reasonable, and will be back.
