Friendliest service I have had in a long time! This is such a great family run place. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great selection of dishes and the staff will help you pick something traditional! Really decent prices and a nice easy going place with no frills and great food. I will definitely be going back to try something else.
The food was fantastic! In particular, the sea food was the most excellent! I ordered squid skewer and the squid was succulent and vegetable was crunchy! In addition to this, the owner gave us a gift with cute memo! It was lovely place to experience Portuguese cuisine!
It was our first time but the guy serving us treated us like old friends and gave us such positive vibes. We had a chicken lunch special for £9 and the grilled salt cod for £16, and both were so worth it. Obviously £9 is a steal this is Camden, btw for a pile of chicken thighs, black beans, fries, rice and salad. And the salt cod came in such a hefty portion and was so well grilled that £16 felt like a steal. A humble, honest place that feels hard to come by these days. It might just become my go-to lunch spot.
Portuguese food is amazing my trip to Lisbon was memorable and I really miss the food. When I discovered O Tino today I was overjoyed that I can enjoy local cuisine in the heart of London . I was first greeted by the friendliest of owners it felt more like an aunt I haven't seen for a long time, along with the super happy uncle whose always pleasant. O Tino serves a range of popular dishes including piri chicken, bacaulau and pork chops. They also offer a range of famous pastries and desserts. I ordered pork chop with chips and a portion of rice, while my friend ordered the steak with mushroom. The pork chop was so juicy !! with a bit of crispy fat this went very well with the rice the chips was insanely good crispy ahd fluffy in the middle cross between a chip and a French fries. The whole dish was fresh and seasoning was balance it didn't fell salty at all but flavoursome. The steak with mushroom was creamy and steak was cooked perfectly. Both dishes was very fresh. After the meal we enjoyed a espresso Delta, popular Portuguese coffee brand which is much stronger in taste to your usual espresso closer to Turkish coffee without the granules. O TINO is really authentic and it may not be a fancy restaurant but its food definitely better than many. The humble little restaurant is filled with locals creating a abroad vibe in a good way. I will definitely be back soon.
Family run restaurant that transports you outside of London! Friendly service, community vibes, large portions, and good food. A wholesome meal.
Roasted chicken breast, very well done, nice and crisp. Accompanied with rice and chips.. went well down with a bottle of beer. Best Portuguese restaurant if you are around Camden..
Authentic cod really authentic: I felt at home. Amazing service, will give you a nice glimpse of a typical no-frills restaurant in Portugal. I’ll come back, for sure.
This cozy family run restaurant has become our new place to go when we want some delicious Portuguese food and feel like at home. Pedro and his family are wonderful people and the service is perfect. Food is so good and portion are large. We’ll come back really soon!
Good to go for lunch or dinner. Food was great, portion is very huge same like Portugal style. Sangria is tasty as well. The lady and guy were super friendly. Nata and coffee was delicious.
Very good food, super friendly staff and amazing food. I had the grilled chicken, its was amazing, crispy skin, well seasoned, super tasty. My friend had the steak, he was very happy with it. Will go again and recommend to everyoneFood: 5/5
