The jasmine and lime iced tea was mediocre. Would not recommend. Decor was cute with some seating indoors and outdoors.
Coffee is competitively priced given the good quality and as such I have become a regular over the past few months. Unfortunately I was dismayed by the customer service as there is a member of staff who rudely told me off for trying to return my finished cup of coffee as a means of being helpful. I understand that it may have not been what they desired in that moment of time though I would have appreciated if I was told in a respectful manner, befitting of an adult paying customer, not as if I was their child.
The coffee is ok but I like the atmosphere of this place.
Great place next to Saint Paul cathedral. Impressive selection of sandwiches, cakes and a good coffee. The service is good. Also, the wifi connection is strong. Downstairs is a little quieter. When it's summer, there are tables outside.
Really awful experience. Don’t go here with children as they will go out of their way not to accommodate. I asked the barista for tap water after ordering a cappuccino and said she was only responsible for making coffee, refusing to bring it over to me.
Nice atmosphere and coffee but that's about it. Porridge is very thick and horrible, lumpy, almost inedible. No berries or toppings offered either. Service is very slow.
I need place order online, make the job and still 10% service charge. Cake which I ordered wasn’t available - a bit of a mess! My cortado let say was average. The second person on the table never got the service only after complaining.
I visited artigiano today during a very busy time and got an exceptional customer service. Violeta who was in the till explained me the promotion of the pizzas and assisted me with any enquiries i had. I will for sure be back!!
A gem of a spot, discreetly located off Paternoster Square and overlooking St Paul's Cathedral. We visited it in the morning and thoroughly enjoyed their coffee and pastries.
Average, not sure why it scores that high other than its location, by St.Paul’s. Coffee was very average, place is cold, not cosy, sits are dirty and there is no soul to the place.
