Absolutely appalled with their service !! Booked a taxi first thing before starting my day with friends. Waiting for the taxi which didn't arrive. Phone to ask where the taxi was and was told " your taxi has been canceled on your end" which we never did. The friend which booked the taxi Needs to get home to his Father which he cares for, as he is his dad's carer!!!! When speaking to the taxi operator they did not care and expected me to find my own way home.
Women on the phone is very rude Taxi was at the wrong address and when I called she lied and said it had been waiting outside even though I’ve been stood outside for 15 mins waiting And then when I called women was very rude on the phone !
I booked and got a booking confirmation text. The driver text me when he was close by and was on time and polite.
Absolute joke, went to Tesco with my grand daughter trolley full of stuff no taxis. Obviously depends on your final destination if they come out, never will we use this company again. Action cars saved the day. Can I leave no star rubbish company.ServicesService not listed
Recently moved to the area and have only needed to use this firm for a few very short journeys. However they are always very reliable and friendly and don’t rip you off much better than any other taxi firms I have used in the past highly recommended thank you
Been using for 5 year and longer. Great service. Gets me to work on time. It's a business so yeah they may come late but with this firm. It's rarely and barley. Gotta think about roads, traffic ect. Most times the driver arrive early which is a bonus. Just means I have to rush.
Booked a taxi in advance and received a text telling us they were on their way, we got ready and went outside and there was no taxi, we waited until a couple of minutes past the requested pick up time and then called the company. We were informed their driver had arrived early and had apparently been sat there waiting and beeping their horn, this however is a total lie as we were sat staring out of the window onto the street, no taxi appeared and of course the phantom taxi didn't beep either. The employee on the phone was incredibly rude, informed us there was no one to carry out our job despite our job being booked already, told us 'looks like you're stuck there' and had an attitude like they couldn't care less. Never had such terrible service from a taxi firm and from what I've heard from friends in the area this is the norm for them. But please feel free to book a taxi with them if you want to be lied to and not actually get to your destination.
Easy to book taxi. Sent a text with times and first pickup. Taxi was on time for both journeys. Great service.
Booked a taxi for 22:45. Received an update from the app that the driver was on the way. Got coats and shoes on, said goodbye to my family This was on boxing day and was outside for 22:47. Called the company on the phone, they said the driver had waited 4 minutes and was apparently honking their horn which my 10 family members can all agree didn't happen as the kitchen window overlooking the street is about 12 foot wide and everyone was sitting in the kitchen. When inquiring about whether they had any other drivers they said that our driver was on another job and they had no other drivers available so I was stuck. The employee on the phone was incredibly rude and could not care less. This service is disreputable and have no problem lying to you . I'm always happy to see a local business built on the foundations of immorality. Thank you for a lovely service, I'll never rely on you again. Merry Christmas.
Yesterday I booked a taxi from Hemsworth to ryhill with my assistance dog, I had my dog to the groomers and just got out of hospital from heart surgery so couldn't drive, I stated this on the phone but yet the taxi driver in the avensis verso refused to take me because I had a dog, which is illegal as I require my dog to assist me in daily tasks. I would like to point out that no other alternative was offered leaving me to walk back all that way until my father in law drove over from Barnsley to pick us up. Absolutely disgusting service ‍ , I will be escalating this with my solicitor
