DONT USE!!! My partner phoned up last night to book a taxi for work. They didn't turn up and when he phoned them, he was told that this person had only just got the job and he should phone up earlier and give them some notice!!! To add insult to injury the bloke had the cheek to say he thought he would pick someone else up first and get him at 6....even though he had booked it for a specific time in order to catch his train......for work....the night before!!!! First and last time we will use this taxi service, if that's what you can call it! If I could give a 0 I would! What a joke!!
Worst taxi company I've ever had contact with. Always late more than 10 minutes, no less costs after being late by them. There's always stink and dirt insade the car.Today a taxi driver was late by another 10 minutes. If you don't have any taxi for specified time than don't lie to people that u will be on time! Worst company ever. I'm not recommending it to anyone.
Booked taxi last night for 23:45 but nobody came to pick us up. Been keep calling them about 5 times and every time they told me it is 5 mins more. After 45 mins awaiting we caught taxi from different company. That one never arrived to take me home!!!
Worst people and service ever if was possible it would be a minus star! Same horrible company as greenline and Hemsworth cars just conning you with different names! Absolute scum
Absolutely atrocious customer service, wouldn't even give it 1 star if I didn't have to. Avoid.
