Booked a taxi in advance and received a text telling us they were on their way, we got ready and went outside and there was no taxi, we waited until a couple of minutes past the requested pick up time and then called the company. We were informed their driver had arrived early and had apparently been sat there waiting and beeping their horn, this however is a total lie as we were sat staring out of the window onto the street, no taxi appeared and of course the phantom taxi didn't beep either. The employee on the phone was incredibly rude, informed us there was no one to carry out our job despite our job being booked already, told us 'looks like you're stuck there' and had an attitude like they couldn't care less. Never had such terrible service from a taxi firm and from what I've heard from friends in the area this is the norm for them. But please feel free to book a taxi with them if you want to be lied to and not actually get to your destination.
Booked a taxi for 22:45. Received an update from the app that the driver was on the way. Got coats and shoes on, said goodbye to my family This was on boxing day and was outside for 22:47. Called the company on the phone, they said the driver had waited 4 minutes and was apparently honking their horn which my 10 family members can all agree didn't happen as the kitchen window overlooking the street is about 12 foot wide and everyone was sitting in the kitchen. When inquiring about whether they had any other drivers they said that our driver was on another job and they had no other drivers available so I was stuck. The employee on the phone was incredibly rude and could not care less. This service is disreputable and have no problem lying to you . I'm always happy to see a local business built on the foundations of immorality. Thank you for a lovely service, I'll never rely on you again. Merry Christmas.
Been using for 5 year and longer. Great service. Gets me to work on time. It's a business so yeah they may come late but with this firm. It's rarely and barley. Gotta think about roads, traffic ect. Most times the driver arrive early which is a bonus. Just means I have to rush.
Was quoted £20 for a taxi booked well in advance, then got a call 20 mins before the taxi was due to pick me up to say it was £35. I had no option but to pay. This firm has manopolised taxis in the SESCU area. I will not use them again
Our driver was courteous, on time as an emergency replacement for a cancelled train. Cannot fault them, they are dependable and have never let us down.
Would have given zero stars if I could. Called for a taxi on a Monday evening at about 7.30. Told they were too busy & it wasn't worth them coming out to pick me up. So much for serving the local community. Then I get a text message to say my taxi is on its way to a different address?? Concerned someone was waiting for this rang back & got no sense from the call handler ... absolute waste of time.
I can highly recommend this company. Have been use it twice, last Friday. Taxis were on time, cars were clean and it is possible to pay by contacless card.
Pre book a taxi at 8am this morning to arrive at 15:00pm , low and behold again they turn up when they want which means I'm late for my appointment, most of the staff are rude and not approachable place in all honesty needs shutting down !! 0 stars from me for your horrific service
Taxi always on time always available at our request. Service with a smile most of the time.
Polite, on time and courteous. No probs at all, will definitely book again.
