Terrible service My partner who is very ill had been waiting for 3 weeks for an ultrasound scan so it could be admitted into hospital. We booked a taxi with greenline 18 hours in advance and it didn't show. On phoning them we were told consistently that it would be there in 2 minutes which did not happen. It finally showed half an hour late, the appointment was missed and now it's another 3 weeks for an appointment. This means I'll have to take her to A&E most likely soon. Unapologetic terrible service that has caused huge inconvenience and anxiety. Not recommended.

My partner started a new job and with her not beenable to drive decided to order a taxi. On the first day they arrived on time 2nd day was 30 mins late and she was late. this is not the first time they have been late it as happened again on a few occasions. upon calling the office all I was told it that sorry he is on is way. well sorry is not good enough will be looking for another taxi company that is more reliable and can turn up on time.

Have used them regularly but willl not again Charged me £14 to Ponte from Ackworth and when I called to complain they brushed me aside I will NEVER use them again

customers should have to sign disclaimer before entering these taxis.....
