I booked a taxi, waited outside for the taxi after I got a text saying it was ARRIVING. I watched my taxi (as they give you details of the car) drive straight past me. So, I rang up to ask them about it. They told me I was wrong, and I got text abuse from them THREATENING me and my partner to come to their office to have a fight. Of course, we said no. So, the texter replied in capitals that he would come to where we live instead.. They knew my address after I told them over the phone as that is where they were supposed to have picked me up. I have also been rejected by a driver, leaving me struggling late at night to find a way home. The driver stood and argued with me for 10 minutes. The taxi was for me as he tolf me the name it was under, which was mine but then refused me after I said my address. Apparently he was supposed to be going to a different address. Which means they messed it all up, not me. And instead of leaving or just simply taking me home, he argued with me instead. Those 10 mins he argued with me, he could have took me home. Thats how long the drive would have took. So, 001 are not a good firm. They have threatened, rejected and gave bad customer service. I would not recommend them.
