One of my favourite shops in Gun wharf. Staff were friendly and helpful and you really wont find any cheaper Timberlands around. Walked away with 2 pairs of boots for the same price as id pay for one

Great service and very happy with, not one but two pairs of shoes. Can’t fault service, if you want to browse that’s OK, when you are ready just ask. Paid a third of their normal retail price hence I got two pairs, one black and one dusky pink

Terrible service, Zero assistance and to add on top they’re short of sizes and rude staff!!! I sincerely advice to change your staff and stop having students who just wants to talk to each others and walk around looking into the mirror!!!

During the store’s VIP event, I managed to find the exact shoe I needed during a very busy environment. I’d like to thank the member of staff who was extremely supportive during my shopping experience, Jay.  Honourable mention to his peers working with him also, as I needed a few specific details for the right shoe. Jay spotted the specific shoe, informed me about the differences within shoe size fitting, explained the VIP event and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

I came out the store at Gunwharf Quays and went back to catch the staff laughing at me on my back!!! Literally making fun of me!!!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Nice shop and some quite good deals. There was a realy nice member of staff who interacted with my dogs and gave them treats. He is a credit to the store. Im sorry I didn't get his name.  So for that 5

I HATE shopping and shopping centres with a passion...!!! My wife convinced me to visit Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth mainly because I was looking for a new pair of Timberland boots and needed to try before you buy...!!! OMG!!! Loved it, plenty of fresh air, great choice of shops, and excellent food choices....... Best shopping experience in the last 30 years and will be returning very soon

Just got served in here by a guy called Henry. Unfortunately they didn’t have the boots I wanted in stock but I tried three pairs of similar ones. I normally don’t write reviews but Henry was really good. Top notch customer service.
