Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Alaa shop assistant at Guess Gunwharf who was so wonderful, and personable and made the shopping experience that much greater. She also gave great advice about products and is the reason that I bought my products - she is an asset to your sales team! I had a great experience with the shopping, with help from Sabrina; choosing clothes/outfits to re-vamp my style. Sabrina has good taste in clothing and selected them from her fashion knowledge that suited my style/fit. Thanks to her I now have multiple outfits for multiple occasions. I had an amazing experience shopping at this branch specially Sabrina  helped us all out with finding the sizes we needed from each item, she was so sweet and patient with my mother,sisters and myself as well. I highly recommend her! The rest of the girls were all so polite, sweet and welcoming as well.

We visit this shop twice a year, and there's always a great selection of clothes. Last month, we went again and had the pleasure of being assisted by Fernanda throughout our visit. She provided valuable suggestions and shared her opinions on everything we looked at. Fernanda was incredibly kind and friendly. If you go, be sure to ask for her

Shopping at Guess was a fabulous experience not just for the trendy clothes but for its wonderful staff Matilde who not just helped me pick out the right fit and styles for me but also helping me out of her way with the trends for my body type. It’s when u come across such wonderful staff like Matilde that shopping in a store becomes a real pleasure . I liked her attitude so much I even offered her a job ;

Fabulous shop with exceptionally helpful staff. I have had the pleasure of being attended to by Matilde on two occasions now.  Both times she went out of her way to help me find something for a special occasion. Very smiley and personable it was an absolute pleasure able shopping experience :-

I had a cracking time at the Guess shop. Loads of great stuff to choose from, and the prices were spot on. The staff were absolutely lovely and felt like one big family. They helped me out the whole time and made sure I found exactly what I was after without any hassle.  Special thanks to Beth, Alba, and Maddie – you three were brilliant and made everything so easy.  Only thing that was a bit pants was the Wi-Fi – it wasn’t working. But honestly, with service this good, I didn’t mind at all! One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in the UK. Came to the store in Gunwharf Quays on Wednesday 24th July with my fifteen year old niece looking for some jewellery. We were served by a very charming young lady from Brazil. Salesperson 20052145 Unfortunately i didnt get her name. She went out of her way to make the whole selection and buying experience for my niece very special. Absolute credit to her customer service was excellent. I even bought myself some aftershave for myself. We left both very happy.

If you are tired of the unfriendly and negative faces of service staff in stores, I think the right place to shop is  Guess Portsmouth. Wonderful staff, very kind and very smiling and very beautiful girls who are there to make shopping enjoyable for you. Special thanks to everyone, but especially to the wonderful one Diana.

The customer service at this guess is phenomenal, Fernanda was very helpful, I was looking for a pair of jeans and she found me exactly what I wanted, I'm so pleased with the jeans. I do definitely recommend Guess Gunwarf and ask for Fernanda when you go there
