I would not recommend this place to anyone. They completely ruined my black knee high boots. All I wanted was the heals doing and he has wrecked them . What was a great pair of boots are now useless.

Wow! I've had a pair of old boots that had seen better day that I could not bare to throw out. I've had them sat in the cupboard for a year or so after a dodgy patch up from a previous cobbler so I thought I'd take one last throw of the dice to see if I could salvage them. I have to say City Cobblers have done a fantastic job! Their heel and sole work on them was amazing and they even seem to have fixed the last Cobblers horrific build up on the heel. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Great service with very competent and friendly owner. Shop is slightly out of the main shopping precinct but owner is looking to move his very well stocked business closer to the centre. Highly recommended.

Not normally one to post reviews but in special circumstances when someone really deserves a mention I will. I took my very tired and distressed loakes to city cobblers this morning for a complete leather re sole. I received a text message 3 hours later to say they are ready. What a service and complete craftsmanship. Over the moon with my brand new looking shoes. Many thanks for a great job.
