Asked a girl called Natasha if they had something in another size, she didnt even look at what I was holding and said no with those all we have is out there. And her attitude towards another staff member was just awful. Then got served by a lovely gentleman called Bodacious, when I asked him he said I will check for you and they happened to have the size I was after.
very bad, i am going to give a star, though, intended no star. i was waiting to be served and told to step aside until i get a receipt out. when i had it out the person at the till served other people and made me wait longer than necessary during my lunch break. they didn't call another associate to help out at the till. wouldn't recommend anyone to go there as they are mostly kids working who don't know professionalism. just order online as someone said in the previous reviews.
Went looking for the new England away top all over Portsmouth. This was the only shop to have it. Tried it on and bought it everyone was very friendly.
The customer service was alright but there was this naive Caucasian female probably the supervisor who kept stalking me outside the shop for no reason. She quickly went away when she realized I had taken notice of her. I don't know if that's part of JD policy but it's weird and illegal.
On 29/05/24 had a worst experience from the till attender. A girl with grey hoodie , her harsh behaviour towards us made a worst experience. She was shouting and jumping towards us. I came for returning an adidas hoodie in return I purchased a reebok shoe. Both of them are same price. She keeps asking me am I paying by cash or card. I told her the shoe and returned hoodie are same price. But she keep shouting at me. I don’t like her attitude. But the other male attender came and helped me. This was one of my worst experience. I pretty much said if she keep continue like this she will make you loose some JD customers.
Poorly trained SA & poor customer service skills and rude customer service by Store Manager Kayla at Portsmouth store.
I’d be wary of taking your kids shopping in JD sports Portsmouth. ‘Man’ more like a boy who works in there behind the counter thought he’d act like a big man with my 12 year old son! Who was at the counter with his own money buying himself a tracksuit with a £50 note… thought he’d be rude by telling my child to ‘Lose the hood’ nicer way to ask!! then went on to check about x10 to make sure his £50 was real. From the minute I walked in with my family I instantly felt like we was being watched by a group of nursery children as if we was going to steal! They need to work on their customer service & perhaps employ more mature people! Avoid at all costs. Rude staff.
Jd sports Portsmouth staff are unexperienced because because I spent £290..00 and I said I want carrier bag still they charge they said our system you have to buy bag. I asked could refund to my card they its not refundable..can you give cash 20p from till .they said haven't got cash in till... Also the fitting room is closed. It's wasn't busy I waited about 45 minutes get fitting rooms open. Staff are not helpful at all. Me and family never go shopping again...
It’s worrying to see all the negative reviews rarely come in but thankyou to Shaf? I hope that’s how his name is spelt. Sorted my partners shoes for him was just decent guy usually workers make us feel so awkward and uncomfortable but he was just casual quick helpful. Thankyou
JD have to dismissed all the staff in the shop because they all racist and the manager have to go to school for managing I’m sure she can’t manage her own kids you give her to manage DJ big mistake from the head office to work with this kind of people it will be good if someone read the reviews and see how much PortsmouthJD is soo different than normal jds
