Quality of service is faithfully represented by their cheap pricing. Staff could not be more rude and unhelpful if they tried. Customer service training must not be high on the management agenda.

It's okay I guess. Not the worse but definitely not the best.

The extreme heat in the second (top) floor put me off shopping. Room temperature was over 30 degrees (+humidity), I even thought that by mistake the heating was ON but the staff told me that this was not the case. I feel really sorry for the people working up there (at least shoppers going in can run away) :( It was cooler in the street. Apart from this "small" detail, the shop itself was nice, tidy and the staff helpful.

Shoe range has gone down hill a bit but staff are willing to help and aren't pushy.
