Lovely clothes on this Web site the only problem I have is that if the item is not right I would think carefully buying anything on line if you have to have it shipped back to the company they don't supply free returns and it cost me to sent back with royal mail £8. Out if my own money which you won't get back . I only sent two item back. But think twice when ordering on line. Make sure you differently no your size the size come up very big in clotheing but the response in giving money back on refund is good tho

I placed my first order with Tilletts for some Dark Pink Cargo Trousers and I received them within 4/5 days. Very pleased with service and love the trousers. So comfortable to wear, great for lounging! Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be looking to purchase more clothes in the future.
Quality of clotes good, however customer service not so good. They do not always respond or come back to you again. Also have submitted my email address for items waiting to come back in stock then I never get notified, and then by chance happen to see it listed again on their website
I had an item purchased for me not long ago which all all stitching came undone and it fell apart after the first wear. After contacting them we found out that it would cost us to send it back and we wouldn't even get an exchange only a refund for the item not the original postage or the postage to send it back and then we would have to purchase again and pay more postage again to have a new one sent out so it was pointless sending it back. I gave it to someone who knows what they are doing and they have manged to fix the item but they also said they know why it fell apart and it was because A- the tension wasn't right B- the binding is not the same width all the way around . I did think maybe it was just a dodgy item but nope a few days later the same person ordered another item and she had it on 30 seconds and all the stitching started to come undone... bit of a pattern here.. and someone clearly someone doesn't know how to stitch clothing properly. Safe to say I won't be purchasing anything from here anytime soon. Oh and if your over a size 16/18 don't bother ordering because it won't fit
Tilletts is the best online clothing store I have ever used. The customer service team are exceptional, nothing is ever too much trouble and they talk you through and questions that you may have. The clothes are amazing, suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes and so comfy and stylish. They are designed and made for real women with loving thoughtful care. The service during the lockdown period was great and very quick and still is. I cannot recommend Tilletts Clothing enough. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
Great well priced clothing, speedy delivery. So far I have been happy with all my purchases.
Got some nice clothes and accessories from here, very affordable..
