Not the bridal experience we were looking for. Hung over owner who handed us over to assistant who didn't really assist. No offer of a drink or anything to make it feel special/magical.

My wife and daughter visited this establishment with a view to purchasing my daughters wedding gown. She fell in love with a particular gown but decided to go to Louth for it instead. The reason being that the staff were ignorant, not interested and just couldn't care less basically. They have lost a sale and I know of others that had visited this place and were also treated with a similar degree of disrespect. I find it hard to believe the business is still surviving after all this time.

Tina and Claire, were absolutely superb when my daughter got married. Nothing was too much trouble. When it was my 25th Wedding Anniversary I returned to purchase a few outfits. Nothing was a problem alteration and getting things altered in time and the girls were magnificent. I highly recommend this boutique for quality and service with a smile. Petrina.
