Very disappointed. On entering the shop,we was asked when my daughters prom was. It happens to be summer 2024,but obviously we was looking in advance. The woman behind the desk embarrassed my daughter by saying how early we was and that the dress designs will be totally different next year.We left soon after as it totally ruined our experience. I was planning on spending a large sum of money and my other daughters prom will be following in 2025.
Absolutely amazing selection of dresses. Wonderful staff, friendly, good with advice if needed, kindness shown yo everyone. So grateful 3 of my friends highly recommended this venue, and I now also recommend x
Found this shop to have the best range of dresses in the area - so many to choose from. But the shop is a little scruffy which was a little off putting. Nevertheless, my daughter found her perfect dress. Unfotunately after steaming the dress had a lot of marks on it, which the shop declined to take resposibility for - hence my low rating.
Absolute rubbisI was involved in a serious car accident and was critically injured. I was buying a wedding and bridesmaid dresses from this shop and had paid a deposit.When my husband went and explained that I wouldn't be continuing with the sale because I'd been critically injured and asked could we have deposit back they flatly refused.It wasn't as if we were making excuses the accident was reported in the local paper. Don't recommend this shop customer service is appalling will never go there again and advise other people not to either
I neded a dress in a hurry. The service from the ladies in this shop was brilliant, very helpful. Within a few days I had a beautiful dress fitted n ready to wear.
The staff were lovely, amazing range in dresses and found my perfect one after trying on my second dress. Couldn’t recommend a better place to go.
Found my perfect prom dress, staff were lovely and left me to do my thing. Asked if I was alright and everything. Highly recommend
Do not shop here the customer services is dreadful don't wanna help you I went looking for some bridesmaid dresses I have been in 3 times now just not interested not happy to help the attitude from the assistants was disgusting so I will be taking custom somewhere else who wants my money and who's willing to help me on my big day it's not the first time I've been told to stay away Spencer's but I thought I'd give it a benefit of the doubt ladies and Gent save your money and go to a different shop with people who's willing to help you and what has customer services skills
