Ordered a choker/bracelet item, which is lovely. I was a little confused about how it could be both and instead of following my gut instinct and clarifying in the comments that I required a choker I received the default of a bracelet. I contacted them and they responded immediately and arranged to send out the choker length cord my request, rather than shipping the item back and forth along with where I could find instructions on how to attach it. Very friendly and very helpful!
The jewellery from Coastal Silver is bespoke and beautiful. They have made a very special necklace and a bracelet for my Mum. I have contacted them on requirements on both of these pieces and each time I have received quick and caring responses. I highly recommend Coastal Silver and will continue to use them.

Ordered bracelets for my daughters from Christmas made with the ashes of my dad. I ordered the wrong sizes and had to send them back to be resized. Couldn’t have been more helpful and we all love the bracelets . Thanks
Thrilled to bits with my beautiful bangle, and when I got home I noticed the lovely little charm hanging from the handle of the bag. What a lovely little surprise, thank you. What a lovely shop great choice of silver for great prices. Got a lovely ring for myself and purchased a beautiful silver bangle for a present. The lady was very helpful and polite nothing was to much trouble.
From initail enquiry to collection of my ordered pieces, the professionalism and detail of work was second to none. I ordered a gold ashes ring and 2 silver ashes bracelets with my late fathers ashes in. I was treat with the most upmost respect, as was my old Pops. Dads remaining ashes were given back to me lovingly packaged. The attention to detail in each piece and its packaging is breath taking. I cannot thank or recommend the team at Costal Silver enough
So pleased a friend recommended Coastal Silver for memorial jewellery. Jack made a chain so I could wear my late husband’s wedding ring as a pendant and I had a cuff made with his ashes and an inscription inside copying my husband’s handwriting. My daughter had a ring made with his ashes and an inscription stamped. We both absolutely love our pieces and will treasure them always. The staff are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely shop there again. Thank you x
