Spent thousands in this shop for me and my family before I went on holiday not so long back with a lovely gentleman tall guy couldn’t do enough and I regained my faith in shopping in Grimsby again as everywhere else is rubbish. Hoping to go in for a nice experience once again yesterday and how very wrong was I!!!! The owner and his son know this now after speaking to someone basically blanked me and my wife, wanted to buy a few coats etc and try some bits on but absurdly no reaction whatsoever by any of them. I basically threw the coat I wanted on the till still nothing!! The young guy did not even tell me how much it was and slid the card machine over to me! I thought Independent businesses had to leave a lasting impression? Well they did on this occasion and it was a very bad one! Lost out on a big sale and lost a customer. Looks like I will have to travel further afield again to get a good experience. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!!!
Uncomfortable shopping experience. Followed around the shop like a thieving peasant. Totally off-putting & will never return. I realise this is 'Grimsby' but at least try & be discreet to ensure potential customers will empty their wallet.
Good little shop with a range of good brand clothing. Really nice suit selection. Would have rated higher if I wasn't followed around the shop as if I was going to steal everything in there. It worries me what they'd actually do if someone went in with the intention to steal something. I understand their wares are relatively expensive, however am somewhat perplexed by the need to shadow me as if I'm lost and need to leave.
Horrible place ,, eyes on you like a hawk ,, followed around ,, pushed into buying clothes then when get home after. They don't do refunds !!won't be back
I’ve been a customer of this shop for many years and subsequently have spent a lot of money here. Today’s visit however has left me completely disappointed. Some boots were advertised as sale items in the window in my size. I went in and looked through their shelf stock but they didn’t have the same items. I enquired if I could try the ones on in the window to which the reply was ‘No we don’t change the window displays on Saturdays and we have ones in the shelf stock’. I explained that the 11’s in the window would fit but the 7’s on the shelf wouldn’t, to which I got the same response. We then spoke through a number of options: I get them out myself and replace them with the 7’s as apparently Saturdays are too busy to reach in and take them from the window . I pay for them and collect on another date. I come in when they change the window display this apparently happens Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays but NEVER Saturday and apparently today they don’t know which day they are going to do it next week. When I enquired as to how silly this all sounds I was told that it’s shop policy. So I’d asked to see their policy on ‘Saturday Window Decorating’ - from their response I’d suggest they have no policy. This gets even better as it was the OWNER I was dealing with! All a bit strange really. I even enquired if they had a problem with me as a willing PAYING customer. Again no suitable response. Cheers for the help Henri Beene I did promise you a review! Just ONE star as I can’t award less !

Superb, quality shop. Ranges from reasonable to expensive.. so all tastes covered. Excellent range of top brands and the service is second to none... hence shopping here for years. Never any pressure to buy. Best men's clothes shop in Grimsby.
Very enjoyed visit today, some great sales and very good customer service. Nice location and its great to keep the business local. JW.
Brought a Dickie bow was falling to bits Took it back To be replaced with one Here to trim the loose bits off it Poor qualityAt 35 pound
Always great service and attention to detail. It’s a personal shopping experience which takes the stress out of it!
