Shocking. Absolutely unbelievable. The lack of willingness to help, devoid of empathy. If I could give no stars, I would. Frightening. They make it so you dread having to phone them, and it seems that is by design.

My son had a really bad chest infection seen by the pharmacist 3 times on e consult I told them the symptoms was told its viral he's become worse thanks to Essex pharmacy doctor seeing him and giving medication

To be honest this is the best place ever.  No issues, no problems that can’t be over come, no strife. e-consult makes life much easier.  Bear in mind that they are just human, trying to do a difficult job and your attitudes don’t really help .. you!.  So approach it all differently and you’ll find that it all fits into place really easily .. well it did for me !

Worse than useless. It's impossible to get an appointment. Why does the econsult have a list of problems. What if your problem is not listed. The econsult should be an open email for patients to describe their symptoms/problems by freehand and in detail. Unbelievable!!!nnDeath is a better option. I swear!
