Probably the worst GP surgery in the local area.  Plain rude and unhelpful reception team who you are lucky if they even pick up the phone.  Doctors themselves offer no continuity or proactivity with doctors changing weekly.  Overall shocking service who are failing their duty of care to the local area. Formal complain will be raised due to their continued shortfall of care.

Very surprised with the negative reviews we changed doctors becouse we cudnt get appointments with previous GP called this morning receptionist was so kind and gave a appontment straight away very straight forward

Unhelpful, can't see a doctor and if you do get appointment they make it seem like your wasting their time. Can't go in and ask for help. All online. Trying to order repeat prescription but needs review. Should of had review 2 months ago. Never received email or txt or call? Now running out of tablets that are for life. Been with this doctors since I was born and my family before them. It's a disgrace

If you miss the 8am phone in you ain't getting an appointment at all rude staff aswel an the doctor is just something else

Waste of time never have any appointments and they keep saying phone back tomorrow and what a lot of good that is to people. The staff are rude and unhelpful and they should not be allowed to work in a doctors. This place needs to be closed down. If I could give zero stars I would.  Just call them and they said hold the line and then put the phone down on me  This place neededs to be closed down.

Worst GP in the world! I have been with this GP for a year now and every time I call in the morning for an appointment for my baby I have to wait over an hour for my call to be actually picked up and then they say there is no appointment available. I will begin to call before 8am and the call will not go through and as soon as it’s 8am, it will say busy, not even be put on hold and continuously say busy and disconnect by itself. I have complained on numerous occasions to the manager who doesn’t care and the receptionists are the rudest staff I have ever met. Doctors are never available at this GP either!

I wish that a zero heart rating was available as this surgery doesn't deserve a single one. The receptionists are miserable and rude and getting an appointment is practically impossible, then they promise a telephone appointment that never comes.. Since run by College Health, this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs as the last thing these people care about is your health. Appalling care and service by all, including management.

Absolutely appalling service! Extremely rude receptionists who don’t listen to patients at all and create very dangerous situations such as not reviewing documents and informations provided to them. If I could give 0 star I would have! There’s a serious work which management needs to do to make this place actually patients friendly.

Worst doctors I’ve ever been registered with receptionist are rude they all need replacing. On the odd occasion when I have seen one of the doctors they have been very good and helpful. But those receptionist need to be gone.

If 0 stars were available. I’d choose that option.  They loose results, the receptionist are rude as hell. They called my mum horrid names. They’ve had a go at me down the phone.  I had to get my asthma pump, an emergency one. On a Friday. They told me to call back on the Monday or to call 111 to get it as it wasn’t that urgent.  Worse doctors in the world.  WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!
