This place is an absolute Joke. Needed an urgent appointment. Called them at 8 o'clock and nobody answers. Waited 40 minutes on the call and eventually someone received and said all available appointments are booked. My question is how on earth i can get the appointment when i called right at 8 o'clock and waited 40 minutes with no luck. Better you increase your capacity or shut down this joke GP

Awful.. gp could barely be understood and refused to help my mum with a referral despite my concerns and the negative impact of her mental health on both our lives. Had to complain to PALS for support.

This place is a absolute joke! Will be changing doctors! I'm fed up with waiting over 40 minutes to talk to someone to get an appointment to be told the doctor will call me back later in the day! Sick of having to call several times before actual getting spoke to. Worst doctors Iv ever seen! Absolutely gone down hill! Never been so annoyed in my life

Call at opening time for an appointment. NEVER get one for the same day! Always fully booked for at least a week! The reason for this is because when you do get to see the doctor, you get told to see how you feel in a week, and if you're still sick then you come back and you'll be prescribed medication - so then you have to rebook an appointment on that day for the following week, WHICH IS PROBABLY WHY NO ONE CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT WHEN THEY CALL ON THE DAY! Keeping people sick seems like the aim for this medical centre.

they tell you to call at 8am to book an appointment but nobody ever pick up the phone. When i went in at 8.30 they said no more appointments are available. So how they booked all this appointments but nobody picks up the for. This has been going on for 1week and i still didnt manage to book an appointment. This is a joke. The worst GP ever.
