Can never get an appointment within a decent manner of time, yet when you do eventually get one, there's hardly any patients waiting!! I would expect to see the place packed. For some reason you have to call at 8am if you want an appointment that day, call anytime after that, you're screwed!!! But to be honest, even calling for an appointment a few weeks in advance doesn't guarantee you'll get the time you want. Worst doctors I've ever been registered with!!!

I am new to the area and needed to pick a GP very fast as I have a disability I have been dealing with. I really do now wish I would have taken the time to read some of the reviews on this office. While the staff are doing the best, they can (considering what they have to work with) The Doctor’s (if your lucky to see one and not a Lowcom) I have seen to date have been everything from rude, on Facebook, on the phone and the list can go on. I have been told If I was to complain I would be removed from there register. I have been on a few repeat medications when join the practice only to be told I can no longer have them on repeat as it was illegal or I do not need them to treat my disease but only take them because I have a drug addiction. So anyway If like myself you are new to the area I really suggest you take your time and do your homework and not just do like I did and choose the closes GP to my home as you might just regret it especially if like me you need them more then once or twice a year..

Extremely difficult to get an appointment. Reception staff not very helpful or efficient, no appointments is the norm and you cannot attempt to make one in advance, only on the day. Very poor service.

Extremely poor surgery, no respect from the receptionist, it's as if it's a chore for them to give you an appointment, there are people out there that would love that job, we go there because we are sick, queue outside in all weathers to be told there's no appointments available???
