Such a disaster, this surgery is utterly shambolic in the way it is run. There is absolutely no excuse for the length of time you are on hold waiting to get through on a call. Other businesses would fold if they operated like this surgery.
Still waiting for someone pick up the phone from me, already 1h and 45 minutes! And repeat that I'm calling number one in the queue
