Be prepared to not be involved with your horses visit. Telephone quick chat then drop your horse, don’t see a vet and then have a report at the end of the day, first time you meet the vet. Poor communication and explanation. Also I wish I had asked what specialty my vet was, when I travel 50miles I would like a specialist in the field. If you want to have face to face consultation give this a miss don’t expect them to tell you this either you should just know.
I've been using TCEH for almost 20 years now. We've always had Andrew Harrison as our 'super vet' taking care of us from this practice, an outstanding, experienced professional. Other vets I've had occasion to meet and received treatment from have also been excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending this practice as my go-to equine professionals!
All I can say is wow! Most amazing vets I've ever used and believe me I have a lot of animals so most my wages go to vets!. Every member of staff we met are so so lovely, put you totally at ease, nothing is ever too much trouble. I must be driving them mad as I am a self confessed paranoid mother, but not once have they ever made me feel a nuisance and all so kind and helpful even when I am calling them panicking at 10pm!

I have been a client here for many years and have had both my horses Congo & Mouse looked after the excellent vets from TCEH. I have always had 5 star service and all the vets & the girls are so professional & empathetic that I can’t recommend them enough. This hospital is one of the best in the country if not THE best in the country hands down . Special mention to Chris , Graham, Mark , Andrew , Miss Wall & her efficient assistant Crystal as they always go above and beyond their duty to get things sorted. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere, this place is where you need to go if you wish to have the best equine care !
So a lady buying my horse trained to PSG working towards Grand Prix decided to have this vets do a 5 stage vetting I provided 72 x-rays taken back in April the horse is clean all round with two vertebrae at the back close but not touching and no remodelling I had three others vets before hand confirm this would not pose any future issue! The new trainer very happy also that this wouldn’t be an issue. The vet that did the vetting however had contacted the purchaser after the vetting with a personal opinion not on the soundness of the horse but that he felt the horse would not be able to compete at PSG and sound not purchase the horse. She decided to take everything into account and still purchase the horse. This is a real issue with vets to day they are paid for a professional opinion not a personal one. Would not use them in the future and would not recommend them.

Really professional. Calm, relaxed vets who take care of your horse very well. Very lucky to be so close to a brilliant practise. However, this is a vets and priced acordingly. Personally I would like to see the 'consultation costs' obsorbed when you pay for treatment.
Picked up a client easy to find, plenty of space to park, friendly staff. A friend has a any problems comes here highly recommended
Friendly, brilliant service it was fine to just have a pint. Well looked after.
