Would highly recommend Worcester City Vets!! I visited today with my cat Jasper, the vet was so lovely to me, my mam and Jasper and she even showed us how to flea Jasper and my other cat Lucky properly, also what products to use and what not to use which no other vet has showed us before! She also advised me on what food to give him until he starts to eat properly again. I can't thank her enough for sorting Jasper out as we was so worried about him. Definitely be using this veterinary clinic from now on!!!
After recommendation I registered the stray cat I have adopted with this vet yesterday. The staff were very warm and friendly and provided lots of useful information. The prices seem very reasonable compared to other vets in Worcester.
I have seen some vets in my lifetime so far, and on my 1st visit too Worcester City Veterinary who only opened in August this year, I can say I felt totally and utterly relaxed. I took my 14 month old Labradoodle Oscar for his annual booster and Neil the vet, that we saw was amazing made me feel so relaxed and happy about him giving my puppy his care. Neil answered all my questions and gave me more info that I didn't ask for but was most welcomed. Oscar went in for his castration on Friday 19th September 2014 and all went well. The following day I had a call from veterinary nurse Kayleigh to see how Oscar was doing and that was really nice. Today I took Oscar back for his post op check to make sure all was well and it is. I cannot recommend Worcester City Veterinary enough, the nurses Jo and Kayleigh are great and Neil the vet is too, I cannot recommend him any higher. They are very very reasonable vets price wise and very very caring. We had a tour of the surgery and everything is spotlessly clean. Worcester City Veterinary you are now Oscars life time vets. Don't just go by what I say ladies and gents go and see for yourselves they are amazing and you will see yourselves. Thanks guys for everything with my puppy so far I will keep recommending you till the cows come home
We recently had our little Jack Russell 'Mary' spayed at Worcester City Vets. They were wonderful, Mary was very happy and not at all stressed, thanks to Sain and her nursing staff. They made alot of fuss of her and even called the following day to check on her condition. Excellent service all round, very caring and very reasonable cost wise. We will most definately be using them for all Mary's future needs. As previous review can't recomend them enough.
This is the best vet practice I have ever used. We came in with Edward, our Ridgeback who was seriously ill after multiple seizures. We thought it was goodbye. Neil and Sian helped us consider options and now Edward is almost back to his pre-seizure condition. A remarkable dog and fabulous vets!
Fantastic cat orientated practice, really impressed with the level of care from all the staff, even the reception staff! No hesitation in recommending.
Excellent service, very friendly, stress free for my cat, competitive pricing, highly recommended.
Friendly helpful staff. Plus no woofies to scare a timid meow.
