We would highly recommend Severn Vets Berkeley House to anyone. Everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. The receptionists are so polite and greet you with a welcome that makes you feel instantly at ease. All of the vets and nurses we have seen listen carefully to you, explain things thoroughly and do their utmost to treat your pet and allay any concerns. We couldn’t be happier with the whole team. Thank you each and everyone of you!
The staff here are amazing. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and genuinely love the animals. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently moved out of the area but have stayed with this vets surgery.
Severn Vets in Worcester have looked after all our pets for the past 15 years and have always provided excellent advice and care for our hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits and dogs. Every member of the team from receptionists to nurses to vets is caring and compassionate . I know that with this practice our animal family get the best possible care and attention. Can't recommend highly enough.
The whole of the team, from reception to nurses to the Vets are just incredible and have the utmost care and compassion. Cian in particular is wonderful and I cannot express my gratitude to him for how he is has helped us with our boy Buddy. Thank You really doesn't seem enough to what these guys do. Highly recommend Severn Vets to anyone who loves their animals as much as we do.
Our ageing golden retriever has been given a new lease of life since being treated by Helen Adams at Severn Vets and we could not be more grateful. The service has been excellent and the staff efficient and courteous. They have also treated our new kitten and we are delighted.
Our experience of this vets was when our dog had his accident they were excellent in getting him in he unfortunately broke his back leg... But since this I feel the care and relationship towards my dog is completely different My collie since going in and out of here for xrays is a totally different dog He will not allow any vet or nurse near him he goes mental barking lunging at them he is petrified of them what's happened to my dog while there for him to act like this? He is now petrified of kids and barks and growls at them because of being locked in the cage and hearing the kids screaming and shouting from the nursery over the road When he's been in for xrays he's sedated and a muzzle shoved on him which he's now become afraid of muzzles because of how he has been handled here My partner went to get our collie out of the kennel last time he was there and he said our dog looked completely depressed was sat facing a wall with his back to him The nurses told us he had not even been offered water or taken out for the toilet at all? How is that acceptable Once my partner carried our dog outside he completely emptied his bladder just outside the door after having to hold it for hours What really annoys me is when the photos are put all over the Facebook pages as if the animals are well looked after That was not the case for my dog!! When I took my dog to the Henley branch the vet there literally shouted in my dogs face to shut up when he was barking at her They have completely traumatised my dog and it's going to take a long time for him to get back to himself
We had a 2am emergency vet visit for our Golden Retriever George as we were worried he was showing signs of heat stroke. Staff were friendly, caring and professional… Even at that time of the morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in an emergency.
Always very friendly and considerate either in person or over the phone. Have taken my 14 year retriever since a puppy and he recommends!
Very helpful and friendly, our 8 week old puppy fell Ill not even 24 hours after we got her and couldn’t have asked for a better vet to care her back to health.
Compassionate and caring staff, they have looked after our cocker spaniel so well through the years. Can’t recommend enough!
