I have been using Thornbury Self Storage for over 10 years and can't fault the service. I work abroad a lot and knowing that my personal belongings are in such good care is a huge weight off my mind. Heather and the team are wonderful. Highly recommended.

I have found my experience of Thornbury Self Storage to be excellent; very personal & sincere customer service from the owners who are around all the time to help out if needed, the compound is secure and the units appear to be very well built, and the rates are competitive. I also like the fact that the rates are set at realistic / reasonable levels without having to jump through hoops like at the bigger storage places, where you have to rely on complicated discounts in order to get a fair price. So far I have been a very happy customer !

I used Thornbury Self Storage during a short term move, as there was a gap where I needed to store quite a few of my possessions due to downsizing. Excellent location, top class facility and lots of added extras that were unexpected like first month for free. People there are lovely and were super helpful during my time with them. Will use again one day!
