Absolutely disgusting. 

Had flooring delivered which they dumped on the curbside. Driver wouldn't help me lift 10kg flooring packs from the floor to inside front door. Was told the company I had ordered from had instructed him not to help? 
Left the palette in the driveway and walked off. No conversation of how to dispose of rubbish or palette. 

Just generally rude and unhelpful. 

Exception goes to CLAIRE on the phone she at least tried to help.
