Terrible now they have those stupid self service machines now. Most of the time they spit the money back out at you. Was a bloody stupid idea installing them. Everytime I have used those machines it has spat the money back out at me.

One Teller in a bank that busy and pathetic opening hours too.

I was a student in Dundee university and opened an account with Barclay's the staff was really helpful and the cash deposit machines are an easy option.

Not great but much better since the refitting, the staff are all fine it's just the lack of staff they put on so constantly waiting in massive queues and they close at 4.30pm midweek and closed on Saturdays what's that all about?
